TOC Connect Terms of Use

Eligibility
Until TOC approves youth online-access procedures, TOC Connect online accounts are for people age 18 or older. Youth programs remain available by contacting The OUTreach Center directly.
Community conduct
Use your own account, protect access to your email, follow the TOC Codes of Conduct, and respect the privacy and identities of others. Harassment, threats, doxxing, impersonation, exploitation, malicious files, unlawful conduct, and attempts to bypass security are prohibited.
Content and reports
TOC may store, display, transmit, moderate, or preserve submitted content as needed to operate the service, address safety, and comply with law. Use the report control for concerning content. TOC Connect is not an emergency service.
Availability
TOC may change or suspend features. TOC will use reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted service or absolute security.
