Report concerns
Members can report group messages and private messages from within TOC Connect. Authorized reviewers may preserve and review reported content, document action, and escalate urgent matters.
Urgent danger
TOC Connect is not continuously monitored and is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact 911 or an appropriate crisis service.
Youth access
Online accounts are temporarily limited to adults age 18 or older while TOC reviews youth privacy, consent, supervision, and mandated-reporting procedures. For BreakOUT Youth, contact BreakOUT@OUTreachCenterAV.org.
Privacy
Do not share another person's group participation, contact details, identity, private messages, or personal circumstances without permission.
