TOC Connect Privacy Notice

Information TOC Connect uses
TOC Connect may use your preferred name, email, optional phone number, pronouns, optional month and day of birth, time zone, notification choices, group memberships, RSVPs, messages, uploads, reports, sign-in records, and security logs to provide and protect the service.
Who may see it
Access is limited by role. Assigned leaders may see information needed for their spaces. Administrators may see information needed for operations, safety, and compliance. Private messages are not routinely reviewed, but a reported message may be reviewed by authorized TOC leadership.
Choices
You may change notification settings, request correction, deactivate your account, or request deletion. A birthday can be added if it was left blank, but later corrections require administrator assistance. Some records may be retained for safety, legal, or audit reasons.
